Order Confirmation and Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after hours begin processing the next business day.
Items shipped from our suppliers may take slightly longer.
If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you via email or phone.
You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

Note: Shipping times exclude customs delays. Delivery may be slower during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions.
We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Orders with multiple items may ship separately.

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Returns
You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not accept returns for:
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Made-to-order or custom items
Exchanges
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll gladly exchange it for the same item.

Cancellations
  • You may cancel an order within 1 business day, before it ships — free of charge.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Custom/made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
  • You’ll be notified by email
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Refund Timeline (estimated total: up to 4 weeks):
  • Return shipping transit: 15–20 business days
  • Inspection & processing: 3–5 business days
  • Bank processing time: 5–10 business days
